🔍 Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Develop partnerships with students, guardians, agencies, and institutions

• Promote Japanese language & visa programs (JLPT, JFT, SSW, TITP)

• Assist in student counseling and follow-up

• Identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies

• Maintain strong client relationships

Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

• Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

• Manage lead generation, follow-up, and conversion

• Promote upcoming batches, seminars, and events

• Support branding activities and corporate communication

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field

• Knowledge of Japan work programs (SSW/TITP) is a plus

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Good understanding of social media marketing

• Ability to work under Japanese-style discipline and deadlines

• Freshers with passion to learn are encouraged to apply
